Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service apply when you browse Tomorrow Kids, purchase printable PDF learning products, download files, or contact us for support. By using the website or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.
Digital Products
Tomorrow Kids sells digital printable learning products, including coloring books, worksheets, tracing pages, puzzles, and activity PDFs. No physical product will be shipped. After checkout, download links are provided digitally.
No Refunds on Digital Downloads
All sales are final. Because our products are digital files delivered immediately after purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, cancellations, or store credit once access to the files has been provided, except where required by law.
This no-refund policy applies to accidental purchases, duplicate purchases, buyer's remorse, printer issues, device issues, failure to read the product description, and situations where a customer no longer wants or needs the product after checkout.
File Problems
If a file is missing, corrupted, or inaccessible, contact us and we will make a reasonable effort to provide a working replacement file or updated download link. Providing a replacement file does not change the no-refund policy for delivered digital products.
License and Permitted Use
Your purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, print, and use the purchased PDF resources for personal household use or your own classroom or tutoring group.
- You may print purchased pages for your own children, students, or learning group.
- You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload, or give away the PDF files.
- You may not post the files in public drives, social media groups, marketplaces, or school-wide repositories.
- You may not claim the products, artwork, worksheets, or books as your own.
Checkout and Payment
Checkout is handled through Stripe. You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information. Orders may be refused, cancelled before delivery, or limited if we suspect fraud, abuse, pricing errors, unauthorized use, or violation of these terms.
Product Descriptions
We try to describe every product clearly, including subject matter, format, and intended use. Colors may vary by screen or printer, and print quality may depend on your device, paper, ink, printer settings, and PDF viewer.
Intellectual Property
The Tomorrow Kids website, logo, product names, illustrations, text, downloads, and designs are protected by intellectual property laws. Buying a product does not transfer ownership of any copyright, trademark, design, or other intellectual property rights.
Educational Use
Our resources are designed to support learning and creativity, but they are not a substitute for professional educational, medical, developmental, therapeutic, or legal advice. Adults are responsible for choosing age-appropriate activities and supervising children.
